By accessing or placing an order at RPM 787 Clothing (“we,” “our,” or “the Store”), you (“you” or “the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy, available on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
These terms govern all transactions made within the United States and its territories.
1. Nature of the Business and Operating Model
RPM 787 Clothing is an online store based in New York, NY, USA, specializing in clothing with original designs.
All products are made on-demand (print-on-demand) through our partner Printful, Inc.
You acknowledge that:
- RPM 787 Clothing is the legal seller (“merchant of record”) of all orders.
- Printful acts solely as a manufacturing and logistics provider, with no direct contractual relationship with you.
- Any claim related to your purchase must be directed exclusively to rpm787clothing@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful, accurate, and complete information (name, address, email).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. Address errors are not attributable to the Store and do not entitle you to a refund or free replacement.
3. Products and Pricing
Products are clothing items with original designs, produced exclusively after your order is placed.
Images on the site are representative; minor variations in color or print alignment may occur, inherent to the on-demand production process.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order with an immediate refund.
4. Payments
We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
We do not store your financial information.
All charges will appear as RPM 787 Clothing or a similar recognizable business name.
5. Availability and Processing
Due to our on-demand production model, all items are subject to material availability and Printful’s production capacity.
In extremely rare cases, a product may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, we will notify you within 3 to 5 business days and offer a full refund.
6. Shipping
We ship to all valid addresses in the United States and its territories.
Delivery times are estimated (typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch) and depend on external factors (weather, volume, etc.).
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Carrier delays are not attributable to the Store and do not entitle you to a refund.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
7. Promotions and Final Sale Items
Promotions are time-limited and apply as indicated.
Products marked as “Final Sale,” clearance, or with special discounts are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects (as outlined in our Return Policy).
8. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the total amount paid for that order.
We assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including delays, customer errors in size/color selection, or subjective dissatisfaction with the design).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or purchases shall be subject to the competent courts of New York County, New York.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
