RPM 787 Clothing is responsible for customer service and claims handling. However, production, reprint, or replacement times may depend on the external supplier.

Claims for manufacturing defects, printing errors, incorrect products, or damage during shipping must be reported exclusively through our Claims and Returns Form within the timeframe established in our policies.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
Each case will be evaluated individually and may be resolved through:

  • Product reprint

  • Replacement

  • Partial or full refund, as applicable
